About our Camp

Due to Covid 19 - we have revised  our camp for 2020.  We are eliminating the hours where our campers are spending time and close contact with each other  ( lunchtime, crafts, clinics etc.)  We are offering a revised schedule which focuses on the direct interaction with their horses and riding time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but our riders and their families health and safety is our #1 priority!

Greylyn Farm is looking forward to another fun summer of our Horse Lover's Camp!  Our camp is designed for our riders to have a wonderful time while learning.  Greylyn camp encourages horse lover's of all experience levels to participate.

  • Our riding camp program caters to girls and boys of all ages.  We strive to build confidence, teach riding and horsemanship skills, and instill respect for the animals and their environment.  We encourage  new friendships with fellow campers who share the same interest as well as a common interest in the love for the beautiful animals that are all so blessed to enjoy.
  • Our daily schedule is built to have fun and enjoy the horses as well as the surrounding nature.
  • Our riding lessons address the physical aspect of riding -- we strive in teaching the body how to sit, balance and use natural aids such as tight legs, hands, voice and something so natural as well..love..
  • Campers can develop their riding skills through lessons, but also through enjoying games, as well as, trail rides, and just down to earth fun!!  Activities such as grooming, tacking, feeding, learning the proper care of tack, and general barn fun aimed at enjoyment of barn life are all what we try to instill in horse crazy kids!
  • Horse anatomy, nutrition, breeds, parts of the saddle and bridle, and equestrian sports will also be instilled to our campers....
  • Arts and crafts, games, and other hands-on activities?  Well….that is included of co
